Our Asset and Development Services business has an opportunity for a Administration Officer based in Broadmeadows or Parkville. The purpose of the Administration Officer is to support the operation of the Integrated Facility Management contract.

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Experienced and competent user of WMS systems is essential
  • Previous experience in a Facilities or related industry an advantage
  • Experience working in an industrial environment is highly desirable
  • Experience working in a busy and dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritise own work in a time efficient and effective manner
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills a must
