Spotless is the Facility Manager at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, providing 15 service functions in support of the day-to-day operations. The RAH is the largest, busiest and most technologically advanced hospital in Australia with 800 single in-patient rooms, including 100 same-day beds and 80,000 same-day and overnight patient admissions per year.

About The Role

Spotless Retail at the Royal Adelaide Hospital consists of 6 Retail Food & Beverage Outlets. The role of Retail Storeperson is to manage the day-to-day logistics and supply chain for the RAH Retail operations. This role requires a high level of physical fitness and is perfect for people who love to be on the move!

The role of Storeperson involves the movement of a range of goods & items to identified locations within the RAH. The Storeperson is responsible for supervising the receipt and delivery of goods, recording outgoing goods and being responsible for the contents of multiple storage locations. The Storeperson may be required to assist with cleaning, and minor maintenance on occasion.

This role is rostered 5 mornings a week with no weekends or Public Holidays.

Skills and Experience

  • High level of physical fitness
  • Available weekday mornings for consistent daytime hours
  • Manual handling experience
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience within hospitality / retail environment 
  • Food Handling certificate is desirable
