The key to our success is our people. Your role as Sous Chef in one of our educational institutions is to provide friendly, attentive and efficient service to our valued students through the cooking of wholesome meals, preparation of ingredients and menus.
Other duties will include:
- Operate kitchen equipment
- Hot Bain-Marie Service
- Storage of food / dry good items
- Clean up area and maintenance
We seek applicants who have a passion for cooking as well as experience in a similar role with the ability to work unsupervised as well as in a team.
This role is approximately 28 hours a week from Tuesday to Friday and the successful applicant will have the flexibility to work between 9am-6.30pm across these days.
